Refunds: If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs
Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.
If the returned product is opened, Kayi Technologies will charge a 20% Restocking fee, provided that it includes all the original packaging and the product is returned with all and any accessories that came with it.
Kayi Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion to levy an additional fee if the product is not returned with all the packaging and accessories it has been shipped with.
Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.
All products being shipped back to Kayi Technologies should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary.
When Returning the packing, ensure that you have included the order number and address, along with a contact number.
Kayi Technologies will not be liable for the damages when shipping the items back and we highly recommend that you insure your items when shipping them.
Replacements: All products sold by Kayi Technologies are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty, which is normally 1 year from the date of order, unless otherwise stated.
Should you have a faulty item, contact us and we'll assist you by providing you with the details for the return process.
In the unlikely event that a product sold by Kayi Technogies is faulty or dead on arrival or becomes faulty within 30 days of the delivery date, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you and will cover the shipping costs both ways.
Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging the delivery of the defective product back to Kayi Technologies, however will wil cover the shipping costs back to you, as long as it is within the boundaries of South Africa
